I am a registered 糖心官网 Humanistic Integrative Counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling. I believe the heart of therapy lies in the relationship that we build together; through genuine empathy and unconditional positive regard, trust can 鈥�

I offer confidential face-to-face counselling and psychotherapy to adults in a tranquil setting at my private practice in Ingham near Stalham in Norfolk. This can either be short term work, up to for example 6 or 12 sessions, or longer term work. I c鈥�

Working as an integrative psychotherapist I draw upon a range of models (including CBT), depending on the needs of the client. I have extensive experience working with issues of abuse including sexual, emotional and/or physical abuse, relationship/fa鈥�
