I'm a Person Centred therapist, and my approach puts you and your process at the heart of the work we do together. Our therapeutic relationship provides a safe and nurturing space for you for you to develop a greater sense of emotional confidence and鈥�

With over 20 years experience of working with people in the  community, mentoring, coaching and working in education, I have worked with a huge variety of people and circumstances to help people become the best version of themselves. I can work throu鈥�
