My initial training was 4yrs of Transactional Analysis (TA) psychotherapy at The Metanoia Institute in West London. As well as these 4 years of Transactional Analysis training, I have a BSc Hons Degree in Psychology and am a Masters Practitioner of N鈥�

My approach would be described as existential, integrative, and person-centred. In practice, that means that my focus is on my client and their unique life experience, while also being aware of the struggles that are common to us all. I don't have al鈥�
