Hi, I鈥檓 Skye, a qualified integrative counsellor and community grief tender with ten years鈥� experience in mental health. People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected or unsure where to begin, just with a sense that something 鈥�

You may be coming to therapy with a specific difficulty, such as anxiety, low mood, or challenges in relationships, or with a more general sense that something doesn鈥檛 feel quite right. Often, people I work with feel stuck in patterns they don鈥檛 full鈥�

Maybe you're not feeling good about yourself at the moment, wondering why you struggle with things other people find easy, feeling anxious or down, and finding things overwhelming. Perhaps you know you're not happy; you don't feel like your usual sel鈥�

I am an experienced counsellor that has been practicing for over 10 years. As well as seeing clients I am a clinical supervisor. I provide supervision to other counsellors, to ensure they are fully supported and able to work within their competence a鈥�

Life at times can feel difficult, even overwhelming, and we may struggle to see a way through. At such times, counselling offers a safe confidential space, where your thoughts, feelings and experiences can be explored. I have trained and practice as 鈥�
