I am a fully qualified and registered Integrative Psychotherapist with many years of experience working with women who have experienced childhood sexual abuse, complex trauma, and developmental trauma. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed and att鈥�

I work online or in person. I use integrative counselling consisting of person centred, cbt skills and pyschoeducational. I prefer to work with what is suitable per client rather than a blanket approach to ensure my clients get the most from the sess鈥�

I am a highly experienced, registered, accredited Integrative psychotherapist and supervisor. My core training is Humanistic, CBT and Psychodynamic. I have undertaken further training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therap鈥�

I practise Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling with a strong Systemic foundation. I draw on relational, trauma-informed, attachment-based, CBT-informed and reflective practices, adapting therapy to the person or family rather than fitting them 鈥�
