I am an experienced counsellor working with adults of all ages who are feeling overwhelmed or struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, or significant life transitions. You may be feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure w鈥�

As an integrative counsellor, you will not be limited to one type of Therapy. Therapies applied in the Counselling sessions will be based on my knowledge and skills and most importantly, the issues we are exploring together. I will apply the most sui鈥�
