I use modern techniques while working with individual and couple clients ..  I use gestalt, EMDR modified for traumas, working with clients presenting different types of neurodiversity ,anxiety and bereavement ,person centred, psychodynamic and mindf鈥�

I use the Integrative Relational Approach which encompasses  different Therapeutic and Psychotherapy Theoretical Models depending on the client's issues.

I welcome all clients with a view to providing a space in which you can share and explore openly, without fear of judgement. I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering inclusive counselling support. This means that I am qualified in 鈥�
