I am a fully qualified counsellor, with experience working with abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, work related stress, self harm and trauma. I work with adults (18+) on an individual, one to one basis. As a Registered Member鈥�

I have been working as a Therapist for the last 20 years, in various different agencies, including a GP Surgery and a Hospice. I have also previously worked for Cruse Bereavement Care as a Therapist and Supervisor, and for 16 years managed a Bereavem鈥�

I use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model in my counselling. I am level 1 & 2 qualified in IFS. This model has, in my view, a beautifully non-pathologising approach. It recognises that we all have different aspects to ourselves and a core self, w鈥�

I am a qualified psychotherapeutic therapist.  I offer one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy for individual adults in a welcoming, confidential and non-judgemental space.  The therapy I offer can be long-term or short-term.   Therapy is a collabor鈥�
