Hello and a warm welcome. What is Counselling -Counselling is a process in which a trained therapist can help you to understand and deal with difficult emotions that you may be experiencing. These can be linked with previous difficult life experience鈥�

I originally trained as a nurse and I believe I am a warm, approachable, sensitive, non-judgemental, empathic, human being, that cares deeply about people. I hope this means more than the jargon I could write! :) I work in a quiet private room at the鈥�

You鈥檙e seeking support which is affordable, accessible and will provide a warm, non-judgemental space in which you can navigate your experiences at your own pace: I am here to offer that. While change and loss are part of life, that doesn鈥檛 make them鈥�
