I am an existential psychotherapist, which means that I employ ideas from existential philosophy to psychotherapy.  This involves such themes as: choice; freedom; anxiety; responsibility; and our relationship to others and to the world more broadly. 鈥�

I offer face-to-face, online, or telephone appointments for young adults, adults, and couples. I work from several comfortable consulting rooms across Stockport and Manchester. I provide therapeutic counselling, psychotherapy, and training across the鈥�

Are you struggling with a current life event or something that has happened in your past? Do friends or family rush to offer solutions that aren鈥檛 always helpful? What I can offer is a safe and confidential space to reflect on what is going on for yo鈥�

I work short and long term and we can have as little as 6 sessions preferentially weekly or for as long as it feels that the work is beneficial for you.  I deliver sessions that last 50 minutes in person for children and adults in my practice in Nort鈥�
