My passion for counselling comes from witnessing how the simple act of talking  about an issue causing a client anxiety and concern can lead to a productive long term change for that person.  It is a real honour to see someone who started their couns鈥�

Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, and it often takes a lot to get here. I really value the trust it takes to begin this process. I鈥檓 an integrative counsellor, which simply means I don鈥檛 believe in a 鈥渙ne-size-fits-all鈥� approach.鈥�

Relationship issues? Anxiety? Sex or porn addiction, poor self esteem or other problems? Just some of the issues that I help clients with.  Don't feel you have to tackle your problems by yourself. Normal daytime including early morning.

I am an expereinced and established Person Centred Counsellor, working with both individuals and couples, and qualified in Sex and Relationshiip therapy, whilst also trained to offer psychotherapy to Ex-Boarders. I have bee in practice as a qualifed 鈥�

I provide a warm, friendly, empathetic, confidential, safe space. Here you will be the focus of our time together. There are times where we can all use a bit of extra help. If you are struggling, I can be a non-judgemental, compassionate ear to liste鈥�

One particular area of interest and experience for me is neurodivergence, particularly adult ADHD and autism.  I am trained and experienced in working with this client group and am aware of what makes a person neurodivergent or autistic and how this 鈥�

I am an integrative trained counsellor. This means I am able to draw on a number of different approaches to meet your unique needs. I have almost 10 years experience and 5 of these years was working as a full-time counsellor specialising in Domestic 鈥�
