I am an Accredited counsellor and psychotherapist specialised in working with children, young people and their families. I offer integrative, client-centred and nurturing therapeutic approach tailored to meet each individual's developmental needs. I 鈥�

My work is rooted in modern psychotherapy, the traditional Eastern philosophy of Zen, and mindfulness. I am authorised by the Kwan Um School of Zen. I hold the title of Zen Teacher and have been practising meditation  for a few decades.I was trained鈥�

I aim to offer you a safe, confidential space to explore any difficulties that may be on your mind. Maybe you are experiencing a crisis, a major change in your life circumstances, or feel anxious, depressed or stuck. Perhaps childhood issues are impa鈥�

Welcome. You don鈥檛 have to be in crisis to seek therapy, in fact therapy can be helpful at anytime. I am available across the UK. When possible, I can offer a hybrid approach of online and in-person options. I'm an Accredited Integrative Counsellor &鈥�
