Understanding how I work: My starting point is offering you a consultation. A consultation is an opportunity for us to meet and explore your expectations and understanding of therapy. During consultation, you will gain a sense of what it is like to w鈥�

When working with couples, the therapy model I use is EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) which is the therapy founded by Sue Johnson and is based on Attachment Theory. I am a member of ICEEFT & BEFT.  As each session is a unique co-creation; a session鈥�
