I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and as we are all unique individuals I adapt the therapy to suit you, rather than working in a formulaic way. I like to work in a way that is supported by evidence. I use both psychodynamic and attachment 鈥�

I provide psychotherapy, EMDR and CBT to help you to manage anxiety and worry, escape from depression and persistent low mood, ease suffering from a long-term problem involving trauma or childhood abuse and/or neglect, navigate your way through a ber鈥�

Sometimes we don't know how or why we end up where we are, but we know at times we need a helping hand. I can provide a safe place where you will be heard and understood, a place where you will not be judged. Counselling is not about giving advice, o鈥�
