Counselling can be of benefit to anyone; don't worry about your issue being too big, too complicated, too embarrassing or not bad enough... There are no pre-requisites鈥�my main concern is that you find a safe space to share and work through the issues鈥�

 A bit about me and my practice:  I provide person-centred therapy enriched by mindfulness techniques that create real results. Based in Ayrshire, I work with clients worldwide through online sessions, phone, text, or in-person meetings in my home.  鈥�

I am there for you when you are ready to explore or reflect on any issues that have been troubling you. I have a special interest in (and lived experience of) neurodiversity, particularly ADHD and autism, as well as LGBTQIA+ issues, chronic illness a鈥�
