I work integratively with each unique individual.  At times in our times many of us have periods of finding it difficult to cope with whatever life has thrown at us. My work is about helping people on their journey whatever their difficulty or concer鈥�

Trained in the person-centred approach and graduating from Queen's University Belfast in 2007 I gained counsellor/psychotherapist accreditation in 2010 which was when I set up my private practice, Attuned Counselling Services, on a small scale back t鈥�
