I offer specialised therapy for high-functioning individuals and couples who appear 鈥渇ine鈥� on the surface, yet beneath feel disconnected, emotionally numb or overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns they cannot seem to shift. This may show up as anxiety, l鈥�

My name is Dominik and I am a qualified Gestalt Counsellor. I help clients navigate emotional pain, rebuild self-compassion, and reclaim their agency. My work is grounded in trauma-informed practice, with a specific focus on survivors of childhood se鈥�
