As a counsellor, I collaboratively facilitate growth and change in the persons with whom I work. I specialise in working with persons who have experienced traumas of all kinds, whether or not they meet criteria for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTS鈥�

Counselling in Sheffield (Nether Edge S7) for anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties and work stress 鈥� including bullying at work, complaints and workplace grievances. I offer in-person and online counselling for adults and couples. I鈥檓 鈥�

I am a fully qualified Counsellor/Psychtherapist and also a Trauma Informed Therapist working in HMP Prisons (men) and I am also involved in many voluntary places. My modality is Person Centred and I also hold qualificatins in CBT, Compassion Focus T鈥�

I have a private practice since 2008 where I see clients once a week. Our initial meeting will give us the opportunity to have an informal discussion with no obligation attached. Therapy is a process work done by you and I together. We'll go at your 鈥�
