I am an integrative counsellor offering short and longer term therapy. When life becomes challenging or overwhelming it may be difficult to know where to turn for help.  By looking for a counsellor you have taken the first step towards finding profes鈥�

I offer a safe, confidential, empathic and non-judgemental space where together we can discuss, explore and work through your feelings, thoughts and experiences. There are times in everyone's life when things can feel challenging, distressing or over鈥�
