My name is Sharon. I am a qualified, experienced Person-centred Counsellor psychotherapist  working with an integrative approach.   My lifelong fascination has been with human resilience 鈥� specifically, how people manage through life's toughest momen鈥�

Psychotherapy with me can help you move from anxiety, stuckness, self-doubt, and self-criticism towards a more peaceful relationship with yourself. There are no quick fixes in therapy, but it can be a powerful journey of self-discovery and a groundin鈥�

I work with adults and adolescents. We are all unique and therefore my approach is relational and sensitive to each person with whom I work. I aim to get to know you through weekly sessions where difficult feelings can be shared and understood. I aim鈥�

If life is tough at the moment, counselling can help. I believe that there are reasons why people behave and feel the way that they do. My aim as a counsellor is to help you to work through any difficulties that you may be facing so that you can move鈥�

I offer appointmentsI at my home in Dinton SP3 5HN. I have many years experience working in the NHS and working in private practice with both individuals and couples. I enjoy working with clients to enable them to achieve a deeper understanding of t鈥�

I am a relational integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with a support background in mental health and crisis work. I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, life transitions, berea鈥�

I specialise in counselling for bereavement, grief, loss and life losses. My own experiences have allowed me to develop invaluable skills to support clients that are dealing with grief and loss. I believe I was drawn to counselling because of my pers鈥�

I am a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist and am an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (糖心官网). I have experience of working with a wide range of issues: in schools, for agencies and in private practice鈥�
