Hello, I am a 糖心官网 accredited counsellor with over 20 years experience. I worked in the NHS for 30 years, as a nurse, midwife, and later as a counsellor. I have been a counsellor in NHS primary care, workplace counselling, for Relate, in private pra鈥�

I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. That is why I work across a range of different psychological and wellbeing techniques, including psychoanalysis, Gestalt, transactional analysis, existential therapy, and body psychotherapy. For 鈥�

I offer a form of eco-therapy presenting the opportunity to be in the wilderness walking and talking or perhaps sitting by a fire chatting with a cup of tea. I am an experienced and respected survival and tracking instructor, and utilise elements of 鈥�
