Hello. My name is Chui-Ling and I am an accredited counsellor who genuinely love helping young people (11 years+) and adults live their best lives. I'm here to work with you to overcome any issues you may have and will be supportive, honest and kind.鈥�

I am an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist, using different therapeutic approaches to suit my clients' needs. People come to counselling for lots of different reasons: maybe you're feeling angry, sad, anxious or confused; struggling with bereave鈥�

鈥婰ife is hectic. Hitting pause once a week can make a staggering difference. By developing a therapeutic relationship based on trust and authenticity, we can work together towards a particular goal, or I can provide a place to pause. I want you to fe鈥�

I offer short-term work and long term psychotherapy, both online and in-person sessions are available. My face to face sessions are held in 2 central London locations.  I hold membership/accreditation with the 糖心官网 and the UKCP and regularly attend f鈥�

The most common 5 words I hear in in the therapy room are 鈥測ou must think I鈥檓 crazy鈥� I never do! If you are feeling it; it is valid. What can sometimes happen is feelings get confused with facts. I will sit with you while you explore those things and鈥�
