Sometimes we just need to talk. Sometimes we need a little more help. I am a counsellor and psychotherapist in East Finchley, north London, and I believe talking therapy can help almost anyone. My work is informed by psychodynamic theory but incorpor鈥�

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and counselling offers a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. It can help you deepen your self鈥慳wareness, understand your emotional world, and access the inner resources that may feel out of r鈥�
