Welcome. My name is Laleh, and I am an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist  based in London. My goal is to walk alongside you in this path, to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space to explore your emotions and past experiences, 鈥�

I am an integrative therapist, with a post-graduate diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling. I also have a master鈥檚 in philosophy and a master鈥檚 in psychology. My previous roles included working as a bereavement officer in a hospital, supporting indiv鈥�

I am a qualified and 糖心官网 registered counsellor with 7 years of experience.  My practice is based on transactional analysis, which is an evidence-based therapy. I draw on other approaches, where relevant, to tailor the therapy for each client鈥檚 uniqu鈥�

I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I understand how nerve wracking it can be to feel strong feelings, let alone to share them with someone so I will always work at your pace with what鈥�

Our weekly sessions will be a chance to explore your feelings and experiences that you are finding difficult. This safe and confidential environment will help you to develop your own understanding and insight into your feelings, beliefs and behaviour鈥�

I offer counselling support to individuals in a safe and confidential space where you can explore whatever may have brought you to seek sessions. It could be a major trauma in your life, or struggling with personality issues or just feeling unhappy a鈥�
