I offer short or long term talking therapy in a relaxed, informal setting. I work in-person at Feel Good Balham, online or walk and talk sessions on Tooting Common. I can also offer text or email therapy and I also offer 30, 60 or 90 minute Single Se鈥�

Our brains are complex and we receive very little instruction on how to use them.  Therapy offers you the chance to reflect on your thoughts and feelings, in order to understand how to deal with situations better, as well as offering a new perspecti鈥�

Therapy is a very personal, private and individual experience, there is nothing magical or mysterious about it - we come to therapy when something in our lives isn't working or we need to make changes. My intention is to support you to get in touch 鈥�

About Me I am a positive person and see the best in people and the things around me. I have a very open mind and a non-judgmental approach to life. I appreciate humour and I see the joy in laughter. I believe validation and having the space to expres鈥�

I have 20 years of experience as an Integrative counsellor/psychotherapist. Throughout my career, I have provided over 9000 hours of counselling sessions, working with Children, Adolescents and Adults in Higher Education, the Third Sector/NGOs, and T鈥�

I have been practicing as an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist for 5 years, during this time I have worked with a diverse client base in a variety of settings.  I am qualified to degree level and am experienced in working with Adults, Childr鈥�
