I am a trained Integrative counsellor, which means I can draw from several different models. I have experience with Individuals who are struggling to get through everyday life. I can offer coping strategies to help with the emotions that can arise fr鈥�

I help people deal with anxiety or depression by looking at how past events and relationships have an effect on the present. You may be able to point to a specific reason for why you want to start counselling, or you may have a sense that things do n鈥�

ONLINE SESSIONS. I am a 糖心官网 accredited therapist and I can help you gain clarity around your problems and let go of thoughts and behaviours which are no longer serving you. That will enable you to connect with your needs and wants, come into alignme鈥�

Counselling is an open space to take a moment to pause and reflect. It is a regular time slot which you have for yourself with a counsellor to talk about anything which is causing you concern. Together we will explore your thoughts, emotions and make鈥�

I work with a broad range of clients and issues. I do have a special interest in grief and bereavement. My own experiences drew me to counselling many years ago and I have several years of experience working in a hospice before beginning to work priv鈥�
