I primarily work as a Child-Centred Play Therapist, but I also offer a family intervention called Filial Therapy. Play Therapy is a therapeutic intervention designed specifically for children. It is derived from the person-centred model of therapy, 鈥�

At present, all sessions are by Zoom or by phone. I am an integrative, relational psychotherapist. Whatever your challenges, I believe that healing and transformation can occur within therapy when someone is alongside you to help make sense of them. 鈥�

I am an integrative children's and young people's therapist, working with ages 5-25 years old. I believe that having a safe space where you are attuned to and understood allows a child/young person to explore and understand their feelings and to reco鈥�
