I am an integrative counsellor which means I draw from several counselling models as appropriate to support you in the best way possible. I work online via a zoom call UK wide and in person in Edinburgh area. I have a Diploma in Counselling and am tr鈥�

I usually offer an introductory interview free of charge followed by a minimum of 6 sessions whilst we evaluate whether I am the right person for you to be seeing. After that I operate on an open ended basis usually seeing clients weekly for one hour鈥�

Sometimes you just need to talk. Sometimes you just need to be heard. Sometimes you just need the opportunity to work things out safely in a calm, non-judgemental environment. I specialise in relationships and the impact they have on your well being.鈥�
