I am an experience young person counsellor and currently work within higher education . I take a person centered approach top working with Young People using a variety of creative therapy to support coping skills. These include boundary setting, comm鈥�

 I offer a calm, grounded space to slow down, explore what鈥檚 happening beneath the surface, and begin to heal. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, drawing from parts work, inner child exploration, somatic awareness, and creative therapy. I鈥�

I work from a wholistic perspective, seeing my role of counsellor as someone who listens, observes, speaks truthfully, challenges when necessary, and encourages my clients to do the same! I have a post graduate degree in Human Relations and Psychodyn鈥�
