I specialise in Psychodynamic and Person-Centred Therapy, which is a power-ful combination that allows us to explore both your current difficulties and the deeper, often unconscious, patterns that may be influencing them. When working from a Person-C鈥�

 I believe passionately in the counselling process but I also believe that the timing is as important as the therapy itself. When we reach the decision to seek counselling it is then that we are ready to really engage. I will make every effort to see鈥�
