I offer psychotherapy for adults experiencing trauma, ADHD-related challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck in patterns they don鈥檛 fully un鈥�

I currently offer in person, online and telephone therapy. I provide a choice of short -term, long-term and time limited therapy, via Teams, WhatsApp or the telephone. Counselling and therapy sessions provide an opportunity for you to explore, in con鈥�
