My Counselling and therapy sessions will be from a person centred place, working in the here and now and what leads you to where you are now.  Dialogue is both verbal and sometimes with energy.  We will work through together what is on your mind, wha鈥�

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor with over 20 years鈥� experience in practice. Alongside my private work, I teach counselling and facilitate reflective supervision groups. I offer online counselling and supervision within a calm, reflectiv鈥�
