People access counselling for a variety of reasons. You may have a specific issue you would like to discuss, be dealing with a significant life event, finding it hard to cope or need to share something in confidence. I offer a confidential, calm and 鈥�

I specialise in existential struggles, suicide, self-harm and ideation behaviours, whilst also supporting with everyday issues. I do one2one and couples therapy. Face to face is preferred, but I can also offer sessions via phone or online.  Working t鈥�

We all experience difficulties in life, which, for the most part, we overcome using our own resources and the support of others. Sometimes, however, what we face can overwhelm us and we find ourselves stuck in distress which we are unable to solve. W鈥�

I am a psychotherapist and lecturer based in London, currently completing my doctoral training in counselling psychology. My work is grounded in relational depth, trauma-informed, and integrative psychological thinking. I am particularly interested i鈥�
