As an experienced integrative therapist and life coach, I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your true self, relationships, and life鈥檚 challenges. I understand that everyone鈥檚 journey is different, so I tailor my 鈥�

I have been working with clients face to face and online; if you feel confused or uncertain or generally not able to process things as you once did therapy will enable you to explore these feelings and help to reduce anxiety/depression.

I accept referrals from BAPAM as well as insured clients and self-funded clients. I offer couples therapy as well as individual theraoy. At the moment I am working online with most clients and will be happy to offer online working to all clients in f鈥�
