As a Gestalt therapist, I'll be wanting to check in with:  how you deal with yourself, for instance, how you might talk to yourself e.g. your self critical thoughts.How you feel as a human being in the world...Whether there are issues/unfinished busi鈥�

I offer a consistent, supportive, sensitively empowering relational space in which you can come to meet yourself with renewed curiosity, navigate an on-going difficulty, recover from traumatic wounds, (un)learn patterns of relating and expand your re鈥�
