My name is Gemma and I am an Integrative Counsellor. Meaning I work with my clients on an individual basis. The core of my work is person-centred, I then introduce and incorporate aspects of CBT, Gestalt and Psychodynamic theory to suit the client an鈥�

I trained at Psychosynthesis Trust and Re-Vision and my approach to counselling and psychotherapy integrates trauma-informed practices with a soulful perspective, drawing on transpersonal psychology, Jungian, Gestalt and psychodynamic methods to supp鈥�
