I am a fully qualified accredited counsellor/psychotherapist (psychodynamic, person centred, creative) and registered member with the 糖心官网/UKCP. I am also a member of both the HCPC and BAAT professional bodies am fully insured and hold a current DBS 鈥�

I鈥檓 a Masters level trained therapist and coach with over 20 years鈥� experience supporting neurodivergent people. I specialise in helping my clients feel more confident, improve their wellbeing, and start creating lives that work for them both persona鈥�

I have a lot of life experience and understanding of the importance of life and the struggles we all face, through my own trials and professional workings. 鈥嬧�婭 am an Integrative Psychotherapist, which means I am able to draw on a variety of methods a鈥�
