People may enter counselling for many different reasons. They may be going through a difficult time and are looking for a supportive, non-judgemental space in which to offload, explore, or better understand their  experience. Alternatively they may h鈥�

I offer remote counselling using a person-centred approach, creating a supportive and non-judgemental space where we can work together to explore what you need from therapy. My aim is to build a collaborative relationship, where we find a way of work鈥�

The past leaves its footprints in the future. You want to be happy but unprocessed loss, fear and trauma can keep affecting your everyday life so that, despite your best efforts, you find yourself reacting or overreacting to things that derail you, e鈥�

I use a multi-model approach depending on the presentation and individual needs.  My working style is Integrative as I believe that everyone is an individual and thus needs an individually tailored style of therapy to suit. This is also flexible in n鈥�
