I am an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist and have been working for over 15 years in a number of different settings, including NHS Primary Care, women's domestic violence support, and working with young people. In those years I have helped many 鈥�

I have been qualified as a therapist since 2008 and to see couples since 2010. Working both in private practice and the NHS and have two venues for face to face sessions, in Cheshunt and Ware. I am also a qualified coach (2012) and call my approach t鈥�

I have worked as an integrative counsellor for the last 12 years, this means that I use different approaches and models of therapy and tailor them to the person in front of me.  It is important you feel able to explore what you want in a confidential鈥�

鈥媃ou might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Perhaps past experiences are still affecting you, or the anxiety about the future is making it hard to stay in the present. You don't have to navigate this on your own. I offer 鈥�

I am currently providing one-to-one counselling via secure online platforms such as Zoom and Teams (and sometimes WhatsApp). In very specific circumstances I also occasionally offer home visits but there are additional fees involved. I am a fully qua鈥�
