Life can bring up complex emotions, and therapy is a space for you to explore what you have been holding. You are not alone; I am here to be alongside you. I offer long-term and short-term therapy, in-person and online, via Zoom. In-person counsellin鈥�

First session is £30 for one hour. Every session afterwards is £50 per hour.
