I qualified as a counselor in 2014 and have been working as a person centered therapist ever since. I work with clients on a wide range of issues including loss, self-esteem, anxiety and isolation. These may be linked to childhood experiences, adult 鈥�

Feeling disrupted and disconnected from your 鈥榥ormal鈥� self is so uncomfortable. Our system seeks balance and when we don鈥檛 feel we can achieve this with our usual strategies and our own resources seem stretched, a therapist can be useful. As a qualif鈥�
