Life isn鈥檛 necessarily straightforward or easy-going and, contrary to belief, we are not infallible. As an experienced therapist, I offer wellbeing support to people experiencing inner turmoil. This may relate to anxiety, depression, periods of trans鈥�

I offer specialised therapy for high-functioning individuals and couples who appear 鈥渇ine鈥� on the surface, yet beneath feel disconnected, emotionally numb or overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns they cannot seem to shift. This may show up as anxiety, l鈥�

Life can feel overwhelming, and reaching out for counselling can be a big step. Whether you鈥檙e looking for short-term support or space to explore deeper issues, my aim is to offer a warm, calm, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to be 鈥�

I have many years experience working with clients who feel they've lost themselves, suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, chronic illness, ADHD/ASD or trauma and finding it overwhelming and difficult to cope with everyday life. Whe鈥�

Starting from a person-centred, humanistic core, I combine elements of CBT skills such as thought challenging, journalling and relaxation, psychodynamic skills to explore your past, and Existentialism to explore meaning. Gestalt brings in what is hap鈥�

I am a humanistic integrative therapist.I am able to work with a wide range of difficulties using different theoretical approaches to suit the client. I believe the key to successful therapy  is the relationship between us . I am friendly and empathe鈥�
