I am a Person Centred counsellor who will support you to explore whatever you want to bring to our sessions together. I will accept you for who you are, with no judgement and will strive to see your world through your eyes. I offer a safe and confide鈥�

I am a psychodynamic couple and individual psychotherapist who has worked with people from all backgrounds and at different stages of life to build stronger and more fulfilling relationships with their partners and families. My approach to relationsh鈥�

My training is in Psychosynthesis Counselling. This is a holistic approach helping the individual deal with dilemmas, conflicts and patterns of behaviour which prevent living in in a meaningful and fulfilling way. I include person centred therapy, 鈥�

I am an integrative therapist using person centered counselling integrated with CBT. I believe this allows for you talk through what is going for you, process the feelings whilst using effective CBT techniques to help change your thought habits and t鈥�
