Things may be busy in your mind making you feel anxious, feeling low or depressed; or perhaps you may be struggling right now facing something that impacts you day to day and may want space to talk through something that's weighing heavy on your hear鈥�

Counselling can be about facing the anxieties of life and disappointments, but it can also be a pathway to clarity, hope and positive change. Whatever brings you to therapy we will look at it together in a safe and compassionate way, going at your pa鈥�

My counselling office is located in the Head Office of the Peak District National Park just one mile from the center of Bakewell. In addition to being a tranquil setting there is also plenty of free parking available. I tailor counselling sessions to鈥�

I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist. My core training is in Gestalt practice and my later training was in relational integrative psychotherapy. I am a 糖心官网 senior accredited practitioner and a full  registered member of the UKCP. I work to t鈥�
