Life can be tough for many reasons, I believe therapy can support you to lead a happier and more meaningful life. I offer face to face, online and telephone sessions using an integration of a number of evidenced based therapies with a focus on Cognit鈥�

I work with adults of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, self-esteem and depression or are experiencing difficulties within their relationships. Sometimes it can be a very specific issue that is creating emotional distress in your life. You ma鈥�

I work as an integrative psychotherapist. My  approach is mainly influenced by psychodynamic therapy, transactional analysis, attachment theory and some experiential interventions. I can help you explore what is happening in your life now, while also鈥�

The bravest thing we can do when things get hard is to ask for help. I have been working with people going through crises ranging from depression and anxiety to relationship break down and trauma for the last 12 years and have had the privilege of se鈥�
