I have 8 years experience working as a trauma informed therapist in a specialist service as well as working privately for the past 5 years. My approach is informed broadly by Herman's 3 principles of safe trauma practice - Safety and Stabilisation, 鈥�

I work mainly online, but telephone & face-to-face session may be possible.  I work with you to reduce emotional distress, whatever the cause, either current or historical.  I work with self-esteem, confidence issues, anxiety, depression, workplace o鈥�

I am working face to face and on zoom. Our first session together enables you to begin to describe how you are feeling, and what is bothering you. With that information we make a plan together about a way forward. I work at a pace to suit you in term鈥�
