About Me I鈥檝e worked as a counsellor in a number of settings for over 20 years. I鈥檓 experienced in helping support with issues such as anxiety, depression, work stress, bereavement and relationships amongst others. I鈥檝e had experience of being on the鈥�

My approach to therapy is based on the view that body, soul, spirit are interconnected. I have trained in psychodynamic therapy, integrative therapy and anthroposophic psychotherapy, a bio-psycho-social-spiritual to therapy inspired by the work of Ru鈥�

I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor offering counselling to all members of the community. This style of counselling means that I draw on a diverse range of ideas and techniques that best suits the individual I am working with and together we can鈥�
