I am an expereinced therapist who works with a range of issues. You may want to come to therapy longer term for personal growth, or short term for a more solution focused approach  in relation to current issues. I aim to provide a safe, confidential 鈥�

I offer short or long term talking therapy in a relaxed, informal setting. I work in-person at Feel Good Balham, online or walk and talk sessions on Tooting Common. I can also offer text or email therapy and I also offer 30, 60 or 90 minute Single Se鈥�

My passion for counselling comes from witnessing how the simple act of talking  about an issue causing a client anxiety and concern can lead to a productive long term change for that person.  It is a real honour to see someone who started their couns鈥�

As a qualified integrative counsellor with over five years鈥� experience, I will walk alongside you on your journey to self-discovery. You may feel you don鈥檛 have the answers, or you don鈥檛 understand what you are experiencing or that some things are no鈥�
