Having spent my entire adult life in a caring profession, firstly as a nurse/senior nurse and now over 20 years as a therapist it is my privilege to have a natural ability to put people at ease and establish the necessary relationship that is require鈥�

 A bit about me and my practice:  I provide person-centred therapy enriched by mindfulness techniques that create real results. Based in Ayrshire, I work with clients worldwide through online sessions, phone, text, or in-person meetings in my home.  鈥�
