Hi, I'm Donna (she/her), a Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist working with adults. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may be the person everyone else relies on, yet inside you're exhausted, anxious or no longer quite yours鈥�

How I can help:We can all have times when life is difficult, confusing, painful. We may feel stuck, or rushed, or lost - overwhelmed by current challenges or past difficulties. Counselling can provide a point of pause - an opportunity to reflect, and鈥�

I believe I know what matters in creating a safe, non-judemental and trusting environment to enable personal change and growth. I have chosen to base my counselling ethos on a Humanistic modality which includes the belief each of us has the ability, 鈥�

Face-to-face sessions I am available for face-to-face counselling sessions at Wokingham Therapy Clinic and The Therapy Centre (Reading).  Online sessions I remain available for online sessions which can offer greater flexibility and convenience to cl鈥�

I offer face-to-face sessions at The Therapy Centre (central Reading) and Wokingham Therapy Clinic (Wokingham town centre), as well as online sessions. Online sessions will be conducted with the same privacy as you would expect in face-to-face sessio鈥�

I approach counselling from a broadly humanistic and person-centred perspective. This means that you are at the centre of the process and the sessions are guided by whatever you wish to bring into the counselling room, at a pace determined by you. Yo鈥�
